Mohamed Salah injury: Jurgen Klopp delivers World Cup worry for Liverpool star
MOHAMED SALAH could miss the World Cup after suffering a shoulder injury in the Champions League final.
Salah landed awkwardly during a challenge with Sergio Ramos in Liverpool’s 3-1 loss to Real Madrid.
The Egypt star striker tried to continue but ended up leaving the field in tears.
Liverpool have confirmed the 25-year-old has suffered a suspected dislocated shoulder.
And, with the World Cup just three weeks away, Klopp says Salah will almost certainly miss the tournament in Russia.
“Yes, unbelievable. It is very serious, it is with his shoulder,” the manager said.
“He would have tried to play on [if he could have] but I have not seen him.
